The objective of the project was to develop a machine and build up a prototype to handle and test mems with capacity of industrial production.
The result was a prototype availability of test handler and temperature device to reach the following performances:
- Temperature range from -40°C to 170°.
- Cycle time less than 60 seconds.
- Handler capacity: up to 15.000 UPH.
- Wide range of physical stimuli possible like: magnetic field generator, microspeaker tests, accelerometer and Gyroscope, pressure sensor, humidity.
