The project aims to develop dynamically vulcanized elastic-plastic multiphase polymer architectures, reinforced with nanoparticles for specific products used in food and pharmaceutical industries, a new variety of composite material based on elastomer (butadiene-co-acrylonitrile - NBR, ethylene-propylene-terpolymer - EPDM and bromo-butyl - BIIR rubber) and nanofillers (ZnO, TiO2 and chemically functionalized silica mineral clay - MMT) dispersed in plastomer matrix (polypropylene - PP and low density polyethylene - LDPE). The nanometric dispersion in plastomer matrix of elastomers and nanofillers will lead to developing an advanced polymer material with multifunctional features (rubber and thermoplastic) and specific processing properties for plastics. Also, during processing, elastomers will be dynamically crosslinked in the plastomer matrix using conventional systems of vulcanization with sulfur and accelerators, with peroxides and peroxides in the presence of vulcanization coagent, zinc dimethacrylate - ZDM
